Refund policy

Ordered too much or the wrong product? It happens. You can return products within fourteen days, in original packaging and unused. You will receive a refund, excluding shipping costs. After registering your return with us, you will receive a return number and have another 14 days to return the products. We do our utmost to give Grey Paint exactly the right color. We keep a reference swatch of every mixed tin. Do you still think the color is not correct? Please contact us directly. We will then measure the color values of the reference swatch again. If it turns out that we deviate too far from the target values (Delta E value is higher than 1, meaning the difference may be visible to a trained human eye), we will ask you to return the paint at our expense and you will receive a replacement tin. Always check your order immediately upon receipt. If something went wrong with the order or you have damage to a product, please report this to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
