Ordered too much or the wrong product? It happens. You can return products within fourteen days, in their original packaging and unused. You’ll receive a refund, excluding shipping costs. Once you've registered your return with us, you'll receive a return number and then have another 14 days to send the products back.

We do our absolute best to ensure Grey Paint is exactly the right color. We keep a reference sample of every mixed can. Still think the color is off? Please contact us right away. We'll recheck the color values of the reference sample. If it turns out we’ve deviated too far from the target values (Delta E value is higher than 1, meaning the difference may be visible to a trained human eye), we’ll ask you to return the paint at our expense and send you a replacement can.

Always check your order as soon as it arrives. If something went wrong with your order or a product is damaged, we ask that you report this to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
